Bug reports

Please include the tool URL, the steps you took, the options you chose, your browser and version, your operating system, and the source file’s format, dimensions and approximate size. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and copy any visible error message. A description is more useful than a sensitive attachment.

Feature requests

Describe the image task you are trying to finish, the files or formats involved, and how you do it today. Specific workflows help us distinguish a useful tool from a one-off setting.

Privacy and content questions

Use the same address for questions about the Privacy Policy, corrections to a guide, or concerns about the site’s copy. Include a link to the relevant page when possible.

What we cannot recover

PixSquish has no accounts, uploads or cloud history. We cannot retrieve a past file, generated download, processing result or history, and we cannot access or inspect the local files you selected in the tool.

Do not send sensitive files

Do not email passports, medical images, contracts, family photos or any other sensitive image. The tools are designed to process files locally; keep them that way and send only a non-sensitive description or a safely redacted example when reporting a problem.
